Quite interesting! My dear friend couldn’t even open a water bottle due to the pain in her hands. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. A DO recommended she start eating red meat. She hadn’t eaten red meat in over 20 years. She tried it out of desperation and her pain completely disappeared in less than a month after consuming meat 3 times a week. She’s still pain free 7 years later.

Wow! Thankyou , that's really helpful. Fortunately I have no arthritis or Fibromyalgia, but I do get trigger points in my arms which give me referred pain in the thumb joints and first finger joints sometimes as I have a tendency to work too long at my computer (software developer for 35+ years => occupational hazard). I am currently having physio for sore overstretrained right shoulder (mouse use) .

I only eat red meat, about 3 times a MONTH on average. But since I HATE MILK of all kinds, this will be a useful tip for the future!
