Really? Just get the American "home-schooled" to test against their Chinese, Russian, or Japanese peers, then we talk.
This argument that the American "home-schooled" do better than the American "public-schooled" is really pathetic, because the measuring stick is so low.

When I first read this I thought it was sarcasm; humor. But you seem serious. The Chinese and Russians are hoping as many of our kids are public school educated as possible as it will make us easier to conquer because we'll be an even more dumbed down society then we already are. If you think public school educated kids can compete with the Russians and especially teh Chinese educated kids then you aren't living in the same reality as the rest of us.
What's pathetic is that even today we still have to combat ignorance about home schooling. if I had to guess Id say your also college educated.
@Neverforget - I am not comparing homeschooled vs. public-schooled, I'm saying that even home schools are not able to compete with the peer from other countries. Unless, you have evidence that homeschooled kids competed and found to be ok.
You're still wrong and you probably know little if anything about HS (homeschooling) today. HS today is NOT like it was just 10 years ago and HS very much can compete with many foreign nations. That's not say it beats them all but that has more to do with the fact there is no consistency in education. Even within government schools in America there are significant differences between states and between counties within those states. The reason I can speak from a place of knowledge is b/c not only id we homeschool both our kids but my wife got a degree in childhood education and worked in gov schools for about 7 years before leaving it to be a stay at home mother. She got her degree from a private university affiliated with one of teh Christina denominations so it was not infected with liberalist ideology that focuses more on teaching kids to be activists for change then educating them.
A more fair/accurate statement for you to make would be that some HS is better, some is equal to and the rest is less than, that which is provided in SOME foreign nations primarily Japan. That said even Japan is becoming a victim of the societal cancers that have ravaged America from feminism to wokeness.

I hope you realize I meant that the comparison is not in favor of the American kids; home-schooled or public schooled. Sad reality. Period.
I did which is why I replied to correct you. Homeschooled kids on avg are NOTHING like their public school/indoctrination camp peers

Prove me wrong - have American home-schooled kids enter in a global math/sciences contests/competition and show me their results.
