I’m not a holistic practitioner….just a grandmother who has always been adverse to pharmaceuticals and in favor of more natural and less chemicals. But I was vaccinated as an Air Force brat going overseas to the Phillipines as well as giving my sons the pediatric recommended vaccinations in their childhood 1980’s ….which I now deeply regret. But no flu vaccines nor Covid vaccines. I bought DMSO from Jacob’s labs back when I first started reading up on it at the beginning of the Covid era. I no longer trusted mainstream medical soon after the vaccine and masking mandates were raised and I asked my then primary care doc if she would give me ivermectin if I got Covid and she said no. I finally got Covid in 2023 and took my goats ivermectin 😂😂. I was pretty sick for a week but I lived. I got the DMSO for emergency first step stroke issues since my husband and I are in our 70’s . I have since read all your information about so many things that DMSO could be helpful with and joint problems is one I am highly interested in as I need my knees to keep up with my grandkids and my dairy goats!

My question is how do I find a DMSO literate doctor that could work with me so I learn to use it appropriately? I’ve experimented on myself a little with 70% gel but I’m not confident. I don’t appear to be allergic but I am sensitive as it stings a lot so maybe I’m not doing it right

DMSO makes me itch (could also be described as a "burn") for a few minutes, also. Especially on my face. I believe this is a common effect. Does it leave a lasting redness or soreness after it has dissipated?

It may be that you'd experience less discomfort if your DMSO were diluted further with distilled water.

I don't have any advice about finding a cooperative doctor. Just finding one who doesn't obstruct me is a coup.

How about an MD that doesn't looks at the patient but instead their keyboard/computer screen reading blood test results telling me all about the number of patients she'll be able to see daily with AI? Yup, no longer do I consider her a MD, instead I call her what she is: my Medical Professional that works for a for profit medical service provider corporation. Sigh.

That is the truth! I’ve been lucky enough to find a couple that don’t fire me after I say no to statins and no to osteoporosis drugs and no flu shots or pneumonia or shingles shots so I consider that a blessing. Have had the same cholesterol levels since my 30’s and haven’t broken a bone yet at 73 and I wrestle 140 lbs alpine goats around. I figure that’s my proof that I have strong but smaller bones. You can tell that by looking at my wrists and ankles….they’ve always been small. I’m looking forward to the shifting paradigm in the medical world so good doctors can come into the light without fear of the medical institutions canceling them

I DO itch! It doesn’t turn red though and goes away when I finally wipe it off after about 15 min. Thanks for sharing that!

I believe if you find some doctors in your area, you can ask them if they are experienced using DMSO. The following organizations and directories provide lists of integrative medicine practitioners:

Integrative Medicine Certification Program (ABOIM): Certifies physicians in integrative medicine through the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS).

Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM): Offers a directory search for integrative medicine practitioners.

American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM): A nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of integrative medicine, with a directory search for members.

I found 100% pure aloe vera at the organic grocery store and used it to make up 70% DMSO. It still itches a bit, but is gone in a few minutes. I do not have to wash it off and leave it 20 until dry.

I’ve been using a 75% solution that brought the itching down. I make the dilution myself. I’m like you. (76 yo) No statins, or other drugs. Small boned but was in an accident when 74 and needed a femur ball joint replaced but was up walking 3 miles unaided by 6 weeks. I use a functional medicine doc who is unvaxxed and doesn’t go along with the current nonsense (mostly) but it’s expensive and my supplement doesn’t cover it. Medicare covers my blood tests but that’s it. I mainly doctor myself from places like AMD. I love goats 😍

Put some Aloe Vera on right after you apply the DMSO. It takes the itchiness away almost completely for me and I have sensitive skin. Use a real Aloe plant or the purest version you can find without too many additives. I find the real plant works best. Hope this helps.

To reduce itching, dilute with water. This can be done after you put it on and find the concentration is too much for the skin you are applying it to, or, better, you can dilute the dmso first. My face is sensitive, I might only use 10 or 20% there.

Just start out with one drop in 8 oz of water /day and add one drop daily. If you take Rxs then check out to see if it reacts poorly with DMSO

Get as many books as you can...use the used book stores to look for books on how to use DMSO for doctors/nurses/physical therapists, we don't know either!!!Forbidden to know!!

a small amount of 99.99% DMSO daily in water/juice etc does wonders for every category the midwestern doctor has addressed. Use 1/8-1/4-/1/2 teaspoon for head injuries of course always diluted in pure water 4-8- or 16 oz your choice. All football and soccer players should drink this for 3 days after games. Do Not worry!!! the worst it can do is make you smell like a dish of Scampi(Shrimp Garlic dish)...Regular use of low dose DMSO will open up all your capillary beds and give you pink cheeks, healthy organs!!! Its the capillary micro clotting that is at the deadliness of the C19 bushwhackers

Actually, you can take too much - I find I have a histamine response the day after ingestion. BUT - responses like these keep you from taking too much too often!

Wow that is helpful info! I had a memorable histamine response when I was first starting fermenting and was using the “burp your jars” method and was all about eating LOTS of different vegetable ferments and didn’t know about checking ph. I thought I poisoned myself! But read up on the type of skin response I had . Learned more about fermentation and went to using air lock systems and checking ph on finished ferments….and reducing my consumption to just a small amount per meal. Which I think is actually what you are supposed to do. I’m unfortunately one of those “if a little is good then a lot must be better”. I’ve learned to be more cautious….which is what has got me going slow with DMSO. I am so appreciative of all the comments from the more experienced people here!!!!

Thank you so much! I am learning as much as I can about DMSO because I am thinking it holds a key for me because though I’m not vaccinated I do attend church with and have several in law relatives and a couple good friends who are vaccinated with the first roll out shots (they know better now). And though I lived my normal life I did avoid having Covid until June of ‘22. And mine was no respiratory at all. It was extremely high fever which I coped with and didn’t treat with anything other than homeopathic because I wanted my immune system to fight it unhindered. I had massive body aches and headache and did lose my sense of smell… but absolutely no cough or congestion or reduced blood oxygen . In my gut I feel like it did something to me.

I only take whole food based supplements and iodoral iodine and NP thyroid for hashimotos. Maybe DMSO will help my thyroid tissue. I will study up on whether oral DMSO and NP thyroid med has any adverse interactions.

Thank you for your response!!

I recommend qi gong, especially the tapping exercises to help the body's flow. Chinese medicine calls it qi. I see it as helping lymph and other fluids to flow freely in the body. Lymph drainage massaging is very helpful and so is DMSO.

Before spike protein, the LNPs Moderna used which were also used in the COVID mRNA shots caused the same issues. The LNPs are hard to break down linger around causing clots and mess up zeta potential. Last I heard moderna claims they aren't using the patented LNPs that Pfizer also used. There was some lawsuit against Moderna for violating the patent.

Also, I've never heard how Moderna solved the issue with the lipids' toxicity issues..

This is why they picked the LNP platform.

Like they picked toxic remdesevir for "covid".

Like they picked toxic AZT for HIV.

Hmmm, makes you wonder why they pick losers to come save the day, right?

Why are you and others focusing on spike protein when this was happening before that and before mRNA?

Please read how a non mRNA shot caused myocarditis... Hmmm sound familiar?

Anthony Fauci (his betrayal of medicine and of humanity means he has LOST the title of "Dr." we so respectfully accord to AMD) was behind AZT which killed many gay men during the AIDS crisis.

"AZT Safe and effective"?

I think NOT.

Fauci recommended Remdesivir (called "When Death Is Near" by Dr. Ardis*) even after a study Fauci funded which was an EBOLA trial showed that 53% of AFRICAN WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN DIED FROM Remdesivir and that's more than those that died from EBOLA since the EBOLA mortality rate is 50%!!!*

"Safe and effective?"

I think NOT.

Man would I like to wash his mouth out with TRUTH!

[Note: The AIDs virus has NEVER been found. Nor has the CORONA virus...read on.

AIDs will probably be found to be a certain snake venom by researchers in the not too distant future.]

[Note #2: Both AIDS and EBOLA are PATENTED by the U.S. government. Look them up online.]

My Conclusion?

Fauci's behavior is PSYCHOPATHIC: he has NO conscience, he is INcapable of empathy.

Fauci (along with certain others) need to be brought up on War Crimes since his approvals of the SO-CALLED Covid-19 Vaccines (infused with Snake Venoms*) resulted in one of the worst cases of GENOCIDE in HISTORY!

If I am wrong about his behavior, then WHY did he approve Remdesivir for "Compassionate Use for COVID-19 Patients" when he knew a significant number [53%] of those given Remdesivir ("When Death Is Near") from his NIH funded study* DIED???

As the late Psychiatrist Dr. M. Scott Peck wrote in his classic, "People of the Lie":

"We see the velvet glove that masks the fist of fury."

That fury, my friends, is destructive energy. Peck defined evil as "that which destroys".

"Evil is that which destroys. It is anything in opposition to the life force." - Dr. Peck

Remember that million dollar smile of Fauci whenever he said, "Safe and Effective"?

According to *Dr. Bryan Ardis's "Moving Beyond the COVID-19 Lies: Restoring Health & Hope for Humanity*":

- The Spike Protein is nearly identical (some say Identical) to the snake venoms from the Chinese Krait snake and the Chinese Cobra snake;

- SARS Cov 1/2 are the snake venoms;

- It is these venoms that cause myocarditis, sudden death, Long COVID, and much more;

- Dr. Ardis did a documentary saying that snake venoms were being put into our water [remember fluoride, which lowers IQs in children?] and in our air and foods!

- All the symptoms of a snake venom bite are EXACTLY IDENTICAL to all the symptoms of Long COVID;

- Dr. Ardis goes to great lengths to show that Nicotine is not addictive but a nutrient; that we were lied to about it; that pyrazine chemicals put into tobacco are the addictive element; that Nicotine is found in eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, other night shade vegetables;

- Dr. Ardis ALSO shows that Nicotine EJECTS the SNAKE Venom FROM the BODY'S NICOTINIC RECEPTOR sites; (sorry for shouting but it was for emphasis);

- Therefore, wearing a Nicotine patch of 2 mg - 3 mg each day will restore health, as will Ivermectin-- as AMD stated;

- Dr. Ardis says if you go to www.made-in-china.com and type in "snake venom peptides" in the search engine, you will see the THOUSANDS of women's cosmetics that come up that brag about their snake venom infused products.

Don't believe me? Oh ye of little faith. Go there and try it. Then tell your pre-teen and teenage daughters/nieces if they want Snake Venom in their bodies. Tell them they are beautiful without them!

I agree with Dr. Ardis that the purpose of the jabs being infused with snake venoms is the depopulation of our planet. (The cosmetic thing bothers me to no end, as any evil should.)

Consider calling the venom-infused jabs-- "Genocide!"-- done with Intent and Purpose!

Incidentally, I hate when ANYONE capitalizes stuff anywhere on the internet like I have done in this post!

But I am so OUTRAGED at Fauci's behavior, the ENDLESS LIES that were BROADCAST ad nauseam to us, and the PURPOSEFUL/INTENDED CONSTANT F-E-A-R those Lies ENGENDERED in many that caused a plethora of Mental Health issues in many!

[Fear = False Evidence Appearing Real, not original to me]

As I told many for the last 3-4 years, "If I can SCARE you, I can CONTROL you."

Now why am I so ANGRY at all this?

1- Anger is the APPROPRIATE response to real or perceived injustice/unfairness;

2- Hopefully, it is anger [energy!] expressed CONSTRUCTIVELY [I channel that energy in my posts; I will leave it to the readers to determine if I am constructive or destructive];

3- I almost DIED from "Covid Pneumonia-- I could barely breathe, I lost clients, I lost income during and after my hospitalization, my illness (seriously) worried all my loved ones, friends, & clients, I was hospitalized a total of 26-days from 3 visits, and I did NOT take the jab! I believe the venoms got into me through the air or food-- I was working from home during the SCAMdemic.

4- I'm so tired of the manipulations tried by the Fauci's of the world, I say "tried" because (and I'm not trying to brag), I saw right through his b.s. and that of others.

5- So MANY of our constitutional rights and freedoms were taken AWAY by the draconian TOTALLY UNnecessary mandates and laws that got passed.

6- My late Aunt's dementia STARTED with the LOCKDOWNS-- she was prohibited-- like all seniors-- from seeing her children, her grandchildren, her relatives, her friends. She died from dementia-related causes-- but the evil that was the Scamdemic killed her.

Do you get now why I am so Angry?

There is one more reason why I write posts.

We ALL must stand UP to the Fauci's and the Gates and Klaus Schwabs in our world from whose mouths come manipulative lies and scare tactics ("Yes, Virginia, there is wickedness among us".]

Remember the movie, "V"?

If you, the reader, decide Not to speak the Truth about this Scamdemic

[online and offline-- tell them the REAL science]

and everything Dr. Ardis found and published

[his site is www.thedrardisshow.com-- I have no fiduciary relationship to him or his book],

then I honestly don't know how to assist you...

...except to say that fear is from Satan...

...especially when it is Courage that identifies and names the Evil...

... for it is your courage and my own (it still needs to grow a bit) which of course begins to Sap evil of its own venomous energy and destructive effects in our world.

As Gandhi, one of my heroes, wrote, "Truth never damages a cause that is just."

Science "will simultaneously refuse to look at data with implications that challenge the existing scientific orthodoxy." It would seem Anthony Fauci proclaiming that "I am the science" bears true your introductory statement. This publication is entirely too sophisticated for this construction background soul, but I am able to interpret anecdotal evidence. When fully "vaccinated" people contract the vaccine targeted disease I question the efficacy. When fully "vaccinated" people die from too many "vaccine" adverse reactions to illicit here I question the safety. When main stream media repeatedly tells me the unsafe and ineffective evidence I see is wrong I question MSM. Note to you AMD.... I CUT AND PASTED THIS STATEMENT FROM YOUR ARTICLE FOR A REFERENCE.... "•Individuals performing live blood cell analysis observing blood clumping occurring in vaccinated blood (e.g., see this study)." (THIS LINK WAS BLOCKED, AMD)....i.e. Fig. 1, near the end of the article, showing rolleaux formation of red blood cells after the exposure to Pfizer 'vaccine". I WAS PREVENTED FROM ACCESSING THIS ARTICLE REFFERED TO.

Also, this VERY note to you was auto deleted...for some unknown reason, and I had to rewrite it.

I suspected that the individuals you referred to who were testing the live blood were onto something that ties together the assertions by Dr. Anne Risch and Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea regarding observed movement within the live blood samples, formation of filaments, and blinking lights, and an ensuing controversy over the existence of nanotechnology, nanobots etc. versus ordinary reactions of cholesterol to being observed under different forms of light, being mistakenly termed to be nanorobots. Your work, surprisingly, seems to be the bridge between the two seemingly opposing views...and may validate both views, and reconcile these two opinions about the technology that is (or is not) in the vaccines, the rainwater, vaccinated blood and unvaccinated blood. Hydrogel seems to be the common factor needing more scrutiny to resolve this conflict. I was fascinated, (by your article about the flow of water in the body in a semi-solid liquid crystalline form)...partially because crystals are used with radio frequencies to transmit and receive signals. It occurs to me that the work of Mihalcea et al might not be misconstrued after all. A collaborative effort between yourself, Latypova, Risch, and Mihalcea et al MIGHT prove to be very informative, revealing, and possibly push ahead the understanding of what has been done to the human body this last five years. I see some dots connecting here. Thank you for this incredible work AMD.

Branko Furst, MD

I am checking in as a cardiovascular researcher with much appreciation for your Dec. 8 post “What moves water inside the body?” In the subheading “Mysteries of the microcirculation” you provide the link to the article (of which I happen to be the coauthor) compelling me to post a brief comment. Since the publication of the ‘long-forgotten paper’ a great deal of research has been done and is summarized in several peer reviewed articles as well as in a book where I clearly show that the conventional paradigm of the heart ‘pumping the blood’ can no longer be substantiated in the face of numerous phenomena that speak to the contrary, namely, that forces at the periphery acting in the interstitium and in the capillaries are the actual movers of blood (and lymph). Collectively, these can be measured as the ubiquitous negative interstitial pressure working from the periphery towards the center, i.e., the heart. You mention Rudolf Steiner’s discovery that the heart is not a pressure-propulsion pump but rather works on the principle of a hydraulic ram (a flow-activated type of pump) which converts kinetic energy of the moving blood into (arterial) pressure. The observation that the heart consumes only a fraction of its high metabolic demands on ‘pumping’, i.e., contraction and expansion, with some 80% converted into heat, supports Steiner’s discovery. As you so eloquently state, the problem with conventional medicine is the method by which complex phenomena of life are reduced to simplistic mechanical (and other abstract) models powered by physical (and chemical) forces of the dead, mineral world, such as gravity, electricity, magnetism, etc. These forces, collectively known as ‘centric’, i.e., acting from the center, are certainly also active in living nature. Overlooked, however, is the fact that acting in isolation, these forces can only extinguish rather than support life. It therefore follows that in an organism, the physical-chemical forces have to be superseded by the above-mentioned life-generating forces, also known as the etheric forces. While the sum of centric and peripheral forces is at work in plants, animals are ensouled, sentient creatures and in addition poses a higher level of organization, the soul or astral body. Finally, humans are endowed with an individual spirit and belong to a category of its own. These levels of organization are not mere abstractions, but precise concepts elaborated in great detail in Steiner’s writings and lectures as well as in the secondary anthroposophic literature. As it stands, a plethora of processes and phenomena existing at these levels of organization are described in the medical literature, but are jumbled into a well-high impenetrable web of information in which the human being is all but lost or becomes a mere statistic. In sum, if medicine is to find its true calling at this critical time and further into the future the existing mechanistic model of the human being will no longer suffice.

Norman Smith

So I am not medically trained but have come to the conclusion that the Heart is not a mechanical pump by any means and arrived at this conclusion by comparing the great amount of energy required to move fluids through our pipelines such as refined oil.

I am of the understanding that if all our arteries/veins etc are placed end to end in a continuous line that they will be long enough to circle the world. If so with blood being quite viscous (somewhat like light oil) then the number of Lift Stations needed to pump oil around the world (Only One trip around) would be Huge!

Thank you for your articles. I enjoy every one I read and am always impressed with your attention to detail and thoroughly researching the subject

And of course my trusted and all-knowing doctor knows and understands all this? Their best advice is to drink more water but not all water is the same and I think the amounts required vary from person to person.

AMD,

Brilliant, insightful, authoritative and downright inspirational as always. Fluid flows in the body have been a major therapeutic focus for my entire clinical career. I might suggest some additional important considerations.

From a physiological standpoint osmosis is essential component of lymph flow. The tiny proteins in the lymphatic fluid produce an osmotic gradient drawing water into the system. If protein digestion is not sufficient, we can become depleted in these tiny proteins. Additionally, protein digestion and the body is heavily influenced by pituitary function. Optimal pituitary function is influenced by many chemical and physical factors.

Another interesting line of research is reported by Bjorn Nordenstrom MD in Biologically Closed Electrical Circuits in Man. Fascinating research.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1286033/

Another most essential flow is that of cerebral spinal fluid. Its existence and importance was first predicted by Emmanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) in his four books concerning human brain function. CSF has been predicted to flow to virtually all parts of the body through the peripheral nerves. A few studies have confirmed these pathways. Nature proves reluctant to waste effort. It is theorized that CSF must be essential to the whole body functions since it is distributed so thoroughly.

CSF flow is a primary factor in some therapeutic modalities including chiropractic craniopathy. Traumas not only affect sensitive brain tissue but can cause dysfunctions of the cranial bone motion which is part of the fluid pump mechanism. Many times, these lesions are not self-corrective and are virtually totally ignored by mainstream.

Many thanks for your continued efforts and excellence.

The mystery of water...so it's not just something you add to scotch or brush your teeth with.. Who would have known..

I suspect that when we die, that is, move to another level, dimension of consciousness, we will find layer upon layer of wonderfully integrated complexity that, in essence, is simplicity its-self.

And we'll say, "Right! How did I miss that!"

I presume interstitial fluid is the same as fascia (eg, https://doctorschierling.com/blog/is-sciences-latest-discovery-the-interstitium-really-a-new-organ-or-is-it-something-the-fascia-research-community-has-known-about-all-along)?

I have long-term ME/CFS and the two processes I've found so beneficial to expand my capacity over the last 18 months is Feldenkrais and Block Therapy (https://blocktherapy.com/). Block Therapy uses yoga blocks or a rolled-up towel where you lie on them to decompress the fascia and presumably achieve the same effect you described with injection, where the fascia begins to flow. My stomach has a large adhesion just under the skin near my naval, which has not disappeared but is much reduced. Before doing block therapy the whole area felt like a cold, grey slab of marble.

I'm beyond happy to have found this modality and feel it could benefit a lot of people. Am I surprised you're now talking about this? No. Am I sorry you're not practising within a 10km radius of my house? Yes 😊
