I have been thinking about the word "anecdotal". (definition: (of an account) not necessarily true or reliable, because based on personal accounts rather than facts or research.). Anecdotal thus is a pejorative. It serves the same function as "anti-vax". It doesn't describe neutrally and serves to belittle the thing it is ascribed to.
Now take a minute and think about the many things that run on "anecdote" in our society. In law, we call this eye witness testimony and rely heavily upon it. It is treated with respect and sought after in crime cases.
In liberal arts academia we call it oral history. It is considered a basic pillar in historical research and so important that there are projects like Stephen Spielberg's Shoah(holocaust) Foundation that took video oral witness reports to document the atrocities of the holocaust. Do we call these reports anecdotes?
In medicine, on the whole, and excluding vaccination, doctors rely upon their patients as the primary source of information about themselves. If I go to see a new doctor I have sheets of history about myself to fill out. The doctor takes them as true. These are all anecdotes.
When we discuss vaccine injury Pharma has successfully turned any report of injury into a game of "that's just anecdotal" even if the information is an eyewitness, first person account. It helps them that most reports are made by mothers, because there is already a built in societal bias against mothers. We lose our brains apparently when we have children. We lose our ability to think rationally. We lose our powers of observation.
If I tell a friend my daughter sprained her ankle in a fall, saw a doctor, was treated and eventually recovered, there is only one response I get. Oh, I am so glad she is feeling better. This would be true of ANY illness or surgery or accident, that I would tell my friend about, she would encounter except vaccine injury.

I usually tell people that anecdotes are the first step of the scientific method -- you observe, then formulate a question. So if you refuse to “observe,” you are refusing to take even the very first step in furthering science.
Yes! I particularly loath the canard, "The plural of anecdote is not data". Incredibly dishonest talisman the NPC is armed with to ward of thinking about the subject. There is not content uniformity among the batches, and some are objectively shown to be much hotter than others in producing untoward side effects. It's likely that many batches' delivery system was affected by mishandling or manufacturing issues.
I didn't expect you to say that. All the batches we have analyzed are heavily contaminated with graphene oxide. And the groups of independent scientists from the rest of the countries that have analyzed the false vaccines against covid have found the same product.

In medicine, on the whole, and excluding vaccination, doctors rely upon their patients as the primary source of information about themselves. If I go to see a new doctor I have sheets of history about myself to fill out. The doctor takes them as true. These are all anecdotes.
When we discuss vaccine injury Pharma has successfully turned any report of injury into a game of "that's just anecdotal" even if the information is an eyewitness, first person account. It helps them that most reports are made by mothers, because there is already a built in societal bias against mothers. We lose our brains apparently when we have children. We lose our ability to think rationally. We lose our powers of observation.
If I tell a friend my daughter sprained her ankle in a fall, saw a doctor, was treated and eventually recovered, there is only one response I get. Oh, I am so glad she is feeling better. This would be true of ANY illness or surgery or accident, that I would tell my friend about, she would encounter except vaccine injury.
As scientism has risen, the use of “anecdotal” has replaced “heresy”. It has marginalized parents of injured children who in the past would have been believed like they are in every other circumstance.
This issue with VAERS and “anecdotal” is at the heart of the problem. Most of the reports are first person/eyewitness reports. Without an independent body examining the actual VAERS database for the reports that are causal, we will have an insurmountable issue to address.
I like this polling thing because it reverses the dynamic. It takes first person, eye-witness accounts and turns them into a science based argument.

I usually tell people that anecdotes are the first step of the scientific method -- you observe, then formulate a question. So if you refuse to “observe,” you are refusing to take even the very first step in furthering science.
Yes! I particularly loath the canard, "The plural of anecdote is not data". Incredibly dishonest talisman the NPC is armed with to ward of thinking about the subject. I may then ask, "So are you telling me you need 100% of the population accounted for and tabulated for you to believe anything?" but I hardly get a response because, in using that line, they are already shut out to thinking and have outsourced their opinions.
It's this hard to describe thing where you can't engage their lines logically because they refuse to use logic. Until COVID, VAERS was considered useful, though likely underreporting. It competes with mountains of other paperwork and data collecting, and is hampered by extreme shortage in continuity of care. VAERS had to be discredited in order to advance the jab agenda.
Another nugget revealed by AMD is the disconnect between the proportion of Dems reporting COVID jab injury, and the proportion who believe it is safe and effective. These ratios are much different than non-Dems, which suggests that Dems have a profoundly different view of "safe and effective" than others. I myself have always thought of myself as a liberal, and have been skeptical of vaccines for decades. That's just a random guess though, that a lot of these people set aside their long held belief that vaccines were not particularly safe or effective, because of the barrage of propaganda and the massive group think that set in for 3 years. Now, they are starting to realize they were right before the pandemic, but they can't quite admit they were completely wrong about the covid vaccines. They probably think they (or their friends and family) represent the "very rare" side effects of the vaccines. Just a guess.
That's a possibility, that the super propaganda overcame the scepticism, and it's hard for some to admit having harmed themselves or others by a bad medical decision.
I have never thought of the jab scepticism to be a left / right thing. The back to nature crowd definitely comes from both sides. And these days the 2 U.S. parties are definitely not aligned with ideologies of liberalism or conservatism.

The way out of this mess:
1. Create an easy system for real money: private currencies/warrants based on real assets, goods, services, etc. (gold, corn, oil, distance/volume/weight transportation, labor human hour/minute, etc.)
2. Ban legal tender. Let the free markets decide which real-currencies/valuables/warrants they prefer to trade with
3. Ban paper-backed currencies (unlike real-backed ones of point 1.)
4. Enforce a Legal Banking Reserve of 100% of deposits (so banks don't create money based on air) and therefore there's no excuse for a Central Bank, because there would be no risk of bank-runs since all their loans are fully backed with deposits

Yes, I too found the data interesting that Dems believed the vaccines to be safe and effective but then reported vaccine injury. The two don’t seem to go together. Was their belief in safety and efficacy at the beginning of the vaccine campaign or does it persist to this day—even after evidence of injury?
