This and all of your posts on unethical medical practices, plus your posts on natural remedies and holistic treatments are invaluable. Thank you for sharing such vital information.

I would like to suggest an off-topic topic, if you haven't already covered it. I believe that the required pet vaccines have been damaging my various pets' health for decades. I think the vaccines are heavily financially incentivized and that our pets cannot speak for themselves, so it falls to us to advocate for them, particularly against unnecessary and health-damaging vaccines. For the 13 years I lived in CA (I escaped 2 yrs ago), I lost different cats to uncommon feline cancers and diseases, including lung cancer, bladder cancer, bone cancer, and pancreatic cancer, congestive heart failure, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy . Prior to my years of living in CA, my cats were generally much healthier and lived longer lives. I think over time, the vaccination schedule has increased in number and harm, and cut years off my beloved fur-babie's lives. I imagine I am not along in wishing to learn more about this.

In any case, thank you for all you do and I am so happy to have found your amazing body of work.

That is a topic (like many) that I want to write about. The main reason vaccines are given to pets is because they fund veterinary practices, they seriously injure animals all the time, and many of them are quite hard to justify.

Yes and pet vaccines are not dosed on size of animal, so a little pet gets a ridiculous dose of toxic adjuvants.

I really can't stand how stubborn and narcissistic the medical profession is. It's an elitist mentality that persisted even after they got turned into "robots" that had to churn patients in and out quickly to make money.

What's a slave that thinks they're a master?

Thank you. I give my animals their shots, and I haven't kept up with them, as I don't trust any of them any more. I do worry about Parvo and rabies. Rabies because I live in an area with a lot of wildlife.

Expand full comment

I only do one rabies when they are neutered, and that I do only after they are at least a year old. I don't spay the females at all. I had an incredible dog whom I took to India when she was 6 years old--perfect health and due to airline personnel's problematic English they demanded a second rabies before we left. She survived that. But when, several years later, I had her fixed after having a surprise litter and the vet didn't listen to my instructions NOT to give her a rabies, she lived another 8 years in what looked like heavy brain fog. She never recovered that vaccinosis. They wanted me to get all kinds of exotic tests, including AIDS. Since then I only rabies vaccinate if I have to have them neutered. Otherwise they live in fenced pastures and I have not seen a rabid animal in the 23 years I've lived in a rural setting so I don't even do rabies. Vaccinations are a problem. If I had known the dangers when my kid was a baby, I wouldn't have done it to him, though his pediatrician advised waiting until he was older than the normal schedule. What I worry about now is mRNA vaccines in livestock later sold in the grocery store. What does that do to the consumer? Also, since you seem to know something about everything, are supplements made with nanoparticle liposomes safe? The more processing is done to supplements, the more paranoid I become.

Expand full comment

You have a compelling story about your precious dog, who was very lucky to have you. I do not doubt that vaccines can contribute to mental health decline, even subtly, over time. We see this in humans, so it is not far-fetched to believe toxic vaccines may affect our pets that way too.

I agree that mRNA delivered injections are not at all safe. I also agree that they are not safe to inject into animals, livestock, or even plant based foods. I am praying that RFK, Jr - who is keenly aware of all of the ways they are poisoning people and pets, will have a big impact on stopping such malevolent practyices as using the novel and gene-editing mRNA for any injections. ALso, I would avoid any supplements containing aluminums, and LNPs. We have to reorient where we trust to obtain or purchase our goods, at least until things are rectified. I am thankful that we now have a good chance at getting there starting on Jan. 20th.

As an aside, I was never an anti-vaxxer until 2020. 2020 was eye-opening and we must continue to pursue the truth and hold people accountable for a myriad of crimes against the public.

Stay well and God bless!

As with Janet, the Scamdemic made me an anti-vaxxer also. Same for my cats. The scales have fallen from my eyes. I believe you are exactly correct on recommending against both LNP's and anything mRNA. Our two kittens got jabbed for 4 yrs in a row by the time of super-lies in 2021 and my awakening. When someone suggested looking into the prevalence by county of rabies, 10 minutes of inquiry on the internet showed no cases in almost the entire state and it occurred in one skunk 100's of miles away. This convinced me of the low probability and we stopped it all on the spot. We never take our cats to a vet. I do any emergency medicine on them, which is really not much. These two mousers pretty much keep themselves out of trouble and their immune systems must be pretty dang good with all the stuff they drag up to the door for "approval."

yep, usually nowadays it is only the Tom cat who hunts. He is a funny guy . . . Oh well, he can always get another one, or a mouse.

Yes, the only good thing about that MMR vaccine was that it kept me & my spouse from getting the jabs. We tried warning the rest of the family to the dangers, but sadly most would not listen.

I'm afraid that happened way too often, in terms of our knowing something was desperately wrong with what they were pushing, warning our friends and family, and them buying into the rabid propaganda and getting jabbed anyway. Read Attack of the Replicons -- Dr. Peter McCullough & John Leake -an article by Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, Nov. 7, 2024 -- ". . . the USDA quietly approved an experimental self-amplifying RNA injection for dogs developed by Merck in June 2024.: Nobivac NXT Canine Flu H3N2. It appears that Merck is attempting to camouflage the fact that this produce is self-amplifying. The primary product description only indicates that it uses 'revolutionary RNA particle technology.' However, the novel platform works by RNA particles targeting dendritic cells, where they self-replicate and result in sustained antigen production. The possibility of produce shedding from dogs to humans or other animals was never tested. This injection is currently widely available for online purchase and canine administration. While the Biopharmaceutical Complex struggles to get self-amplifying mRNA injections approved for humans, they seem to have no problem targeting our pets."

Absolutely, they are as bad for our critters as they are for our offspring. The multi shots make my cats ill, and I insist they not get them all at once. Unfortunately, they can't get care unless vaccinated.

That is an excellent point. Denying care for lack of being current on vaccination status is or could become a huge problem for many. I, too, have stopped vaccinating my pets since 2020. I am always asked at any vet appts if the cat is current and I just say "yes" and, now living in a free red state, I haven't had the vets push it. I hope that continues, but am concerned that it may change. I was actually able to opt out of getting vaccine reminders though, which I was very pleased about. I hope that bodes well for the future care of my cats. I do worry about things changing.

It might be worth threatening to sue. I would actually ask the Landlord what law allows this? And if it is a law that is unconstitutional, that you might make explore a class action lawsuit for medical discrimination.

Or, if you can find a law that prevents landlords from 1. asking about private information or 2. discriminating on the basis of health status, then you could be armed with it when you go to challenge their dictate.

One last idea is to get a letter from a vet that says that your cat's health history contra-indicates or precludes vaccination.

On a positive note, RFK, Jr's new role in the second Trump term gives me much hope about these things getting addressed. Real hope, which is such a newfound comfort after the last 4-year tyrannical reign of terror we all just lived through.

Last time I checked, you could not even get a single vaccine for feline distemper any more. Had to get one of those three-in-one shots. I would make an exception for distemper since it is so hard on kittens, but not if they must be jabbed with several at a time.

Edit: Still true. Plus they are pushing several shots instead of one, and yearly boosters! Repugnant.

True and not true. I walked from a practice taken over by 'corpo vets'. Went to solo practitioner. I am in CA and wondering how they forced you to vaccinate your cats. My last cat was never vaxxed, was outside a lot and lived to be 18. The only time there was an issue with it was when she had to stay overnite at the vets after being spayed, and they asked if she had had one very prevalent vaccine (can't remember which, maybe distemper). I managed to let them believe she had without actually lying. (:

Preaching to the CHOIR. My 17 and 1/2 year old female kitty is a picture of health. The other cats lived to 17 barely and died of kidney failures and other organ failures. I too believe the constant vaxes are BAD. My old 17.5 year old kitty has had in sum total 6 rabies jabs and nothing else. She's lived 'natural'. Her immune system beats the other cats cold. My new cat will get every 3 rd year or longer if I can stretch it, rabies. And that is IT. Nothing else. I think the teeth are a problem too from foods, but I can't work on that as much as I'd like. They won't eat the good stuff.

Great comment. It is not just the endless vaccines pushed on pets creating all these deadly inflammatory diseases. It is the flea & tick, heart-worm meds, the extruded pellets with sprayed on chemicals they call pet food and the vastly increasing forever chemicals in their environments that compound the toxic loads on their little bodies. There are many alternatives to help give our pets a fighting chance at long healthy lives. Titer test rather than vaccinate regularly. Find an integrative/ holistic vet , they tend to be more with it and will offer fewer vaccinations and options like titer testing. Feed raw if you can, use things like essential oil sprays to ward off fleas and ticks. Resources like Dr Connor Brady ( feeding ) , Dr Judy Morgan ( integrative vet) Dana Scott of Dogs Naturally Magazine, Dr Karen Becker ( integrative vet) , Dr Ron Schultz dvm, PhD ( 40 yr specialist in immunology) are good jumping off points to research.

Cleanest water you can find/get, try for better food no corn, soy, or grains of any type, if they will eat raw great but many do not. unless taught or learned to hunt while kitten from Moms. 1/2 my cats have loved raw chicken, raw beef and such. The others have not, and the hunters are the ones that eat the raw. Limit vaxes to rabies ONLY every 3 years and ONLY if you have to get them. Skip a year, do a titer test, just try to keep it stretch it more than 3 years if you can... teeth.. thats a problem, take care of the dentals if you can EARLY. But teeth decay is real weakness of not eating food (bones included) that predator animals need..

Store-bought "cat food" is high in ash content (the dry stuff, anyway is) and unless one pays close attention to its downsides, the animal might have urinary tract complications. In nature, cats get bone, blood, meat, feathers, scales, fur, and etc...and even grass, which are without argue healthy for them. Formulations by the "industry" will almost assuredly be void of such naturals. Bone might be the exception, since it is easily processed, but the other things are not "acceptable" ingredients. Dogs, in my opinion, are more robust and can manage with a less-nutritionally balanced diet. But they too will show signs of better health if fed the proper diet.

I couldn't agree more!

One of my cats, years ago, had to be put on a low ash diet to resolve her issue, which it did. The thing is, I didn't get the info from my vet, though, but from a close friend whose cat had been through a similar ordeal.

Also, some of the food ingredients for cats and dogs are perplexing choices, in light of a wild cat's native diet. We must be choosy in selecting their diet, that's for certain.

Thanks for your insights!

My pleasure (and duty)!

Real, unprocessed food is probably the single-most overlooked functioning aspect of good health maintenance. There is something "magical" about "raw" food that I think has to do with enzymes and their contribution. Cooking tends to degrade much of that, and with the use of high heat and bad oils, the thing is exacerbated. So why not apply as much of that bio-philosophy to our own? At least half. That way we can be assured of some goodness, instead of overly processed foods we might now consume. The kicker is that the "food" industry is profit-based. (Surprised?) Not! And to attract consumers, their products need to be tasty and even addictive if possible. They also need resistance to short-lived shelf-life. So preservatives are added and that which tends to go rancid is removed in processing. Not only are we consuming worthless foods, but also the un-safe stuff as well! The "kicker" is that it is tasty and fulfilling, and not by chance! America's health standing is one of the worst, probably due to the absence of real nutrition; a prime player at least.

As an SDA Christian, we've been taught the 8 laws of health. In such blatant info, it is easy to see the workings of the "father of lies" behind the deception and intent to cause sickness and disease. Even to our pets! It's time to put an end to all of this!

I was a heart patient back in 2007. Took all the blood pressure pills , ace inhibitors, statin drug , had a stint put in to stop the angina. I asked the doctor that installed it . If there was a way to reverse hardening of the arteries, and he answered, The short answer is yes , but I’m on a tight schedule and you seem like a very intelligent guy . Go online and do your own research and you will find some answers. So I did , first thing I found was L-Arginine could relax the arteries as well as nitro pills . Then I found Serrapeptase that cleared all the non living organic tissue out . Then I found EDTA chelation capsules. Doing 90 days of Serrapeptase capsules 130 unit and 90 days of chelation capsules took away my heart trouble . Had a blood clot in 2012. And the technician that sucked it out of the old stint . Told me both sides were clear as before the stint , they were 90% closed on the side that got the stint and 70 % closed on the other side . So here was a guy looking at the same area telling me basically I had cleared the calcium out and the cholesterol buildup to zero . The clot I had may have been the Pneumonia shot I had taken the day before the clot attack . The latest research shows that lumbrokinase works similar to the nattokinase, and also the serrapeptase systemic enzyme, by dissolving fibrin proteins, blood clots and dead/scar tissue. It does not affect living tissue.

They all have similar, and very different healing properties.

The benefits of nattokinase are associated more with the human bodies blood system, and does great work at relieving fibroids in women and will also attack cancer cells.

And the serrapeptase enzymes health benefits include helping to relieve the symptoms of a larger list of problems and conditions which can be read in depth on that serrapeptase page, but a few of those ailments are ear and throat infections, UTI’s and varicose vein’s.

It is useful to keep some blood pressure pills on hand and take one several hours before any encounter that may require blood pressure measurement. An anesthetist wanted to cancel a cataract surgery I had a year ago because my BP was high. As a retired cardiologist with 40 years in practice and no medical problems, I assured them that I could survive the 20 minute procedure with a local anesthetic to the eye. They finally relented and, of course, everything went fine, but it caused a few hours delay with a lot of unnecessary hassle. So when I returned in two weeks to do the other eye, I took a BP pill (lisinopril 5 mg) the night before and everything went smoothly with the second surgery.

I’m not sure if it was just being in a hospital, fear of passing out (I often come close during blood draws), or rage at the stupidity of treating healthy people on the basis of unvalidated metrics.

That is not unusual. Many people have wide swings in blood pressure. There is no scientifically credible evidence linking elevated systolic pressures to anything. There is a slight increased risk of stroke (a few percentage points) with sustained diastolic pressures above 105. Emphasis on sustained---over many years' time. And that is about it. Being denied the right to purchase food and other necessities of life, the right to freely assemble, to worship publicly; to conduct lawful commerce without being physically threatened by irrational mobs; these are a violation of rights so self-evident as to be the stuff of which this nation was built. When there is a hot war against such things, seeking my own comfort and convenience is out of the question.

Parenthetically, many people had "necessary procedures" denied for opting not to receive the so-called "covid vaccine," despite being subject to sort of coercion described above, and far worse. And many people, it is credibly reported, have suffered and died as a result of unbelievably ill advised and dubiously motivated medical practices related to "covid." And then there are the problems caused by the vaccine itself. Many, many people were deceived, threatened, and forced into being "jabbed." There was no convenient way around it for them.

As for actions that are practical, well, there's always a trade-off, isn't there? And by the time you get yourself comfortable with, "nobody else has to know," I say you're in danger of having gone irreversibly too far.

Losing significant weight and staying on the same dosage is one cause. Another is just being overprescribed. Third is adding other RX medication to the daily regimen that slows the clearing of the BP medication and therefore there is an excess build up with the body.

I know several older men who died that way!

I do too! Overmedicated! Death by Medicine is real!

As we get older, we live longer if our blood pressure is higher. At an age of around 75, for example 160 or 170/90 is probably best. These studies are never getting any attention though because of course they don’t sell drugs. Great article, thank you.

The missing link between hypertension and atherosclerotic heart disease is insulin resistance. Insulin resistance causes adrenal cortical and medullary dysfunction resulting in both hypertension and atherosclerosis through inflammatory endothelial cell dysfunction.

BTW, primary hypertension is such a straw man term. More than just differentiating hypertension as a result of renal artery stenosis, adrenal tumors such as pheochromocytoma, primary hypertension (essential hypertension) is a canard for physicians to tell patients that science doesn't know the etiology of hypertension ,that's a mystery. Why you say? So they can treat hypertension with drugs. Otherwise if they treated the underlying insulin resistance with diet ,exercise and perhaps supplements like Berberine, then the hypertension magically resolves. And so does the atherosclerotic potential.

Great points about insulin resistance and primary hypertension. They don't want us to know the possible causes and effective resolutions...

So much focus is put on salt intake, while insulin literally causes sodium retention.

I lost 80 pounds on a modified low carb diet. My blood pressure was sky high. Like 200/155

Now my blood pressure is usually 112/76

I cut sugar and artificial sugar completely out of my diet.

This all took me over four years.

The brain fog is finally lifting. My home is getting organized. I was overweight and sick. I also had two tick borne illnesses.

One day I woke up and said enough! No more fake diets. No more sodas, no more sugar, no more processed foods, no more seed oils. And I was not going to try an recreate foods I was addicted to. Complete lifestyle change. I pulled two garbage bags full of garbage out from my pantry. I changed everything.

I actually went through sugar withdrawals. Shakes, cravings, sweats, flu like symptoms. It was unbelievable.

One year later my husband got on board.

I’ll never go back to eating an American diet. Once you detox from all the garbage, you’ll never want to eat like that again. It took me a couple of years. Took my husband about six months.

The gut brain connection is real. When your in the state of food addiction, you can’t process this. The whole country is addicted and they are also in severe denial.

I love that for you, Te! Denial and addiction are running rampant in America today, but the more people heal like you have, the greater the ripple effect for others to realize just how much power they do possess within.

I did the same thing Te...

Three months ago, I weighed 208 lbs and was on a high blood pressure med. At that point, I too said enough is enough. Started on a three day water fast, and when I came off of it, I started on a meat and veggie diet (basically the Robert Atkins diet). Got rid of all sugars and seed oils in my diet.

I now weigh 188 lbs and am off the high blood pressure medicine; my blood pressure is normal. I feel great and I can now fit into 34" waistline pants, whereas three months ago, I could only get into 36" waistline pants.

I also only eat two meals a day and am on an 18/6 time schedule for eating. Basically, eat two meals a day between a 6 hour window and then nothing else goes in the pie hole for the next 18 hours. For example, I eat my first meal at 12 noon, and then my second at 6 p.m. That's it. If I feel hungry during that window, I drink a ton of water and the hunger pangs disappear.

Let me recommend this doctor's video on fasting. It's changed my life.

There is nothing like having your blood pressure taken by one of those automated cuff machines. They can get so tight you think your arm is being amputated. It's bad enough that blood pressure tends to rise at the doctor's, but those can send mine up 20 or more points from the pain.

Mine rises even more than 20 points!

Since around 2016 I’ve never gotten a decent reading in a doctors office. It’s always 169 or so. I take an extra pill before I go now. It’s much lower at home.

More so than any other major topic, there's something about the way allopathic medicine treats high blood pressure that feels disrespectful to the way the human body has evolved. There are elegant feedback mechanisms in place and, if there is a perceived need for more blood (oxygen) to the tissues, blood pressure increases as an adaptive measure. Sure, we should provide attention to why this is happening, but indiscriminately hobbling the body's attempt to adapt to circumstances? Feels like that sums up where we're at and how we got here...

Great article and great stitching together of the evidence and logic (as usual).

Long ago I was diagnosed with too high blood pressure and the MD wanted to prescribe something. But as I was running a lot without any issue, I visited a sports doc. He too measured "too high" but told me to take a dynamic measurement to be sure. Using the exercise bike, pressure started dropping and at "full throttle" the value got within the range of athletes. The sports doc said he didn't know the reason but said that with such flexible arteries and veins, there was nothing to worry about. Maybe an idea for everyone told to be "too high".

Before treating with pharmacopeia, balance potassium, magnesium, salt, and iodine to start! Get D and K in the mix.

For my entire life (I'm in my 70s) no one can ever find my blood pressure. I've always been a small-to-average sized person (5'4" - 120 lbs) and am RH negative A blood type, which there are not many of us RH negatives in the world (we're aliens from another planet, I suppose). It doesn't matter what type of blood pressure cuff they use or the finger one, or whatever, they can't find it. Many years ago, when I was in the hospital having one of my children, a nurse asked me "Are you sure you're alive?" The last time I was in a doctors office to get my ears cleaned (I don't usually go to doctors and I take no drugs, only vitamins and a daily aspirin) they had this big fancy BP machine and the poor nurse couldn't find anything. She asked me to guess what it might be so I told her 140 over 90 and that seemed to satisfy her. But who knows?

A new dentist I went to (after my dentist of 20 years dropped dead from the jab) wouldn't even give me a dental exam until I could prove I was on BP pills. I refused. I finally found a dentist that would work on me after I assured him my old dentist (who he knew personally) never took my BP and I've never died in a dentist's chair. It's very strange but I just keep ticking along and feel great. I just don't worry about it. Everyone in my family lives to be nearly or past 100 years. My mother's BP was a bit squirrely -- all over the map -- and she was finally on 3 different BP pills - one for the morning, one for the afternoon and one for evening and yet her BP was always "high" (when they could get a BP reading). Strange for sure.

I had a booth at a health convention...and a man who just had his blood pressure taken at another booth stopped at my booth.. He was a bit shaken up. I spoke to him for a few minutes and gave him some advice...and then we both went back to this booth. When he did what I told him to do, he found that his blood pressure was almost normal. People can tense up, when receiving medical procedures, which does affect the results. I gave him some tips on how to relax and think about something else, while having his blood pressure taken.

Thank you for another insightful article. One suggestion I would like to add is to look into possible magnesium deficiency as playing a role. After reading "The Magnesium Miracle" by Dr. Carolyn Dean, I was floored to realized the conditions that can be successfully treated by increasing magnesium. I have given this book to two friends who had been on blood pressure medicines for over 20 years. After 3 months of supplementing with Magnesium Malate (day) and Mag Glycinate (night), BOTH are completely off of their medications while working with their doctors. Perhaps besides relaxing smooth muscles, the mechanism of action may also be in how Mg. affects zeta potential. Thank you again, for all that you do to educate us.

Does she have any suggestions in that book for folks who get diarrhea no matter what magnesium they try?

Another great piece in such a monumental time for the history and health of humanity. Instead of over-treating blood pressure, we need to begin by asking why the body feels the need to jumpstart the perfusion of its tissues and organs. This takes us back to the fact that the human body has an innate intelligence, and we can only help our bodies by searching for the root causes of these warning signs and symptoms. Suppressing your symptoms and silencing your body is never the answer!!!

Like Dr. Amerling brilliantly noted, the body is designed to maintain blood pressure! High blood pressure is not the cause, but rather the effect of impaired circulation! We should approach our bodies carefully and cautiously by first asking ourselves what may be causing our elevated pressure?

Thank you doctor, never think about this. I will do my research.
