Complete and balanced light spectrum. YES! This is what the State of California abandoned some years ago when it outlawed incandescent light bulbs on the basis that they consumed more electricity than flourescent and LED bulbs. California decided that human health was less important than the amount of electricity needed to produce light. California was WRONG!

Agree. When I look back on how medical care has changed, despite the wonderful discoveries and improved surgical procedures, for especially standard care like vaccinations it's a flop.

I hope RFK Jr becomes the Attorney General. While heads of the other agencies may have some impact, the AG has massive power and can even direct other agencies when they are abusing the law. RFK Jr has the legal chops as well as the knowledge and skills to really drain the swamp while the president will have his hands full dealing with the war drums that have been going on from the global predators.

Unhappily I will be having a meter put inside the house that now can be read from a distance instead of manually. I decided to create a barrier of foil and situate it so the emanations can still go outside but not inside. This may take some experimentation but after going to a lot of expense to reduce exposure from electrical outlets, I don't need it inserted back in.

Does anyone else feel that there is something off with the sun? It's way too hot where I live in San Diego. I've noticed a change over the past 10-15 years. Recently, it seems to have gotten way worse. Even many times when the air is cool now, the sun is monstrously hot. I know I am not imagining this. I'm a third generation San Diegan. This city used to have one of the mildest climates in the United States. It really only had two very hot months for the entire year--July and August. Now, the sun feels like it's burning a hole through my skin almost everyday, no matter what the season. Thoughts? Ever skeptical of Tavistock-control narratives of "climate change," I've even started to entertain ideas of a pole shift or Planet X. I know that things are way off, though, that is for certain.

I agree. Very weird what is going on, and I too am completely perplexed. I have lived in San Diego my whole life. Like you, I have noticed a massive uptick in the geo-engineering trails, especially over the past ten years. There is just no question that "they" are spraying shit in the sky. However, after the 4/8 eclipse, all chem-trails have stopped, at least in North San Diego County. It's very noticeable. Almost all skies have been blue and chemtrail free since 4/8. Before that, everyday was a haze of shit, with constant rings around the sun (several times a week). It also seems much hotter to me after the 4/8 eclipse, though that is harder to gauge for certain. Chemtrails, though, have stopped since that time. I guess "they" are on to more efficient ways of killing, or preparing their bunkers underground, or whatever the hell these monsters spend their time doing. Thanks for all you do.

In the area where I live, Eastern Europe Between Hungary/Romania/Serbia the chem trails and white haze has started mostly during 2020 and it really increased year by year with the most extreme manifestations being start of autumn 2024. I saw them especially during spring and autumn, sometimes during summer and very rarely during winter and mostly over populated areas with larger cities.

Starting 3 weeks ago there were for 4-5 days a week this massive numbers of chem trails that made a thick white haze persisting for the entire day. The light is really bothering the eyes so that I have to wear sunglasses (which I don't normally wear). Now it seems they have reduced this for maybe 1 or 2 days a week.

I think when it's very hot or cold, the trails cannot expand to the white haze(?) .

I say this because I have seen every now and then during hot summer days or cold winter days a few planes dropping some trails in the morning or evening but they fail to form the white haze...I think they are sending them in small numbers kinda like scouts to see whether the atmospheric conditions allow for the forming of white haze or not...just my 2 cents

P.S.: Maybe they stopped the chem flights over your area and redirected them to other areas of the globe (like in my area)?

One of the main purposes of the chemtrails is to block the suns rays.... sun exposure helps to break down the bio film from the bio tech now permeating our bodies from years of contamination through the food & water supplies etc.

Ok, you're reading my mind!!! I have been trying to sit in the sun for the last several years as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and wanted to heal it from many angles. I have noticed that I do not feel good in the sun anymore. After ten minutes I feel assaulted by its rays and I go into the house. I have spent my entire life out side and I have been so perplexed by this, but have never mentioned it to anyone. Personally I think the chemicals that are filling our skies are reflecting the sun's light and heat in abnormal ways, not to mention how they are synchronizing with the metals that we eat and build up in our bodies.

Bio film...it reacts to sunlight & makes your skin feel like its burning after just a few minutes.

Sunlight helps to break it down... its the main reason for chemtrails...to block the suns rays.

Expand full comment

What exactly is bio film and how does it get on your skin?

Expand full comment

Bio Film is an invisible layer that covers your entire body.... it is part of the bio technology that we have all been infected/affected by over several decades.

It is a militarised bio weapons system that is made up of different biological & technological components that allow it to assimilate & proliferate within the living organism of humans, animals, fish, mammals, insects, plants.... any living organism basically.

It serves as a motherboard within the 'hosts' biological systems & brain.... The film that is created permeated thought every level of the organism... in our case through the blood, tissues, bones, organs, brain, skin, hairs etc.

It forms part of a biological & technological hardware that is used as an antennae system connecting us to the frequency grid system allowing us to be externally & remotely interfered with & / or controlled...depending on what 'program/s' they have you on at any given time.

There are many on here writing about this... & there is plenty to find within my notes & posts alike...

It does not wash off, but can be broken down with various forms of treatments.

Left unmentioned are the effects of LED light sources, which I am convinced are even worse than fluorescent lights. Anyone forced to work in an office knows how fluorescent lights can affect your mood. It's not as though that was a secret. Would you rather work in a cubicle under artificial light or one adjacent to a window?

Since LEDs produce distinct, specific colors, it is difficult to create "full spectrum" LED light sources. Even when they come close, their color spectrum quickly degrades as they age, which results in emphasizing certain colors over others. No more full spectrum.

Fortunately I bought cases of incandescent lamps before our benevolent government banned them. They were ridiculously cheap, they worked, and if electricity is so wonderful what's so bad about using them in the winter - when we need artificial light the most, and the heat they produce offsets the heat that would otherwise be required by burning gas or oil?

Would someone explain that logic to me? I'll wait...

I urge the author and fellow readers to investigate the role of light-sensitive proteins called opsins in the human body, particularly panopsin, which is concentrated most strongly in the testes, making them extremely sensitive to light. Testes are also rich in melanopsin and rhodopsin, two other light-sensitive proteins.

The presence of these proteins in testes across mammalian species implies that testicular health is strongly linked to sunlight exposure, and that shrouding the testes in constant darkness causes a sort of hormonal etiolation. The cultural shift from open-hemmed garments such as kilts, tunics, togas and robes to trousers, which were once considered a barbaric oddity, may well have had a significantly depressing effect on male sexual development and behavior resulting in broad civilizational consequences.

Don't take my word for it, because any man can explore for himself the magnitude of this effect. It was documented as far back as the early 20th century, when one experiment showed a 20% increase in testosterone when the back was exposed to direct sunlight, but a 100% increase when the genitals were exposed.

In our time, when testosterone in the developed world is crashing to levels associated with infertility, men are willing to spend thousands of dollars for testosterone replacement therapy and related drugs, and thousands more on supplements of dubious value. But the first intervention for hypogonadism should always be testicular sunlight exposure, which is simple, harmless and free.

Just try it and report back!

If you think this is some sort of laughing matter, consider that it wouldn't be the first time a life-saving natural therapy was ridiculed and "kept in the dark" to squeeze millions of dollars from an artificially disabled and reproductively crippled population.

The sad truth is that if you can be shamed into blindfolding your balls, maybe you weren't really using them in the first place.
