I have tried to wake him up so many times and he just uses what I say right back at me. This is why he is suing me. He feels like I am mentally unstable because I disagree with CDC and believe the shots are poison.

All the pandemic propaganda has torn a lot of families apart and I've seen it split numerous couples. This is one such example. Previously, the only related president I ever saw was an occasional case of a mother not wanting to vaccinate her kids, but the father going to vaccinate them and the mother needing to go into hiding because the courts always sided with the parent who wanted to vaccinate (I think I also saw one or two cases of a dad doing this, but it was normally the mother). This is one reason why I always felt it was important to bring up the issue of vaccination and someone before you plan to have kids with them, very tough conversation.
We did agree to this before we had children as our children are unvaccinated for any of the childhood recommendations. Now, he wants to jab them with COVID and all the ones we skipped! So crazy!
Yep. Those are the words on the claim. Mentally unstable. This was all after breast cancer treatment when I was out into medical menopause with my first infusion at age 43.
You may have a shot of getting the psychiatrist to change what he is doing through complaining to the medical board since he is arguably violating standard of care (so you'd probably have a lawyer draft a letter explaining how he is, cite the harms that have bees caused to the child, ask for a cease and desist on it, and then if the psychiatrist doesn't budge, get the medical board involved). The amount of hassle the psychiatrist will have to deal with if the medical board gets involved will make it not worth the hassle to continue it and the medical board may do something if you can prove he is violating standard of care and potentially creating harm through doing so.
This is solid advice. Thank you. IтАЩm unsure if that action would make things better or worse. My concern is that the judge knew this particular psychiatrist snd spoke very highly of him. If I go above him and through the medical board, it may strengthen my exтАЩs case against me if me being mentally unstable. I know IтАЩm not and that it would be an act of courage but I will have to think about it. The school could easily support the psych doc and then I come out looking like an emotional and controlling mama. Already, my ex has temporary primary medical decision making because this judge felt that the psych doc was more of an expert than me.

I don't like how man always uses mental unstable to label women... This is so ridiculous...
