I love Dr. Porges work. There is only one small thing that I do not agree with him on. He believes that the over stimulation of the vagus nerve, via cold therapy, such as a cold shower or cold plunge is not good. I have been a fan of the Wim Hoff method for a while.
Please, would you write about the vagal aspect? Or share prior articles you've written that I may have missed on it?

There are a lot of ways to strengthen the vagal nerve, but for some reason most of them are not known by most of the people who talk about the topic.
