As an Autism Dad, I just can't understand that dark hole that Peter Hotez can thrive in. Really mean that, I don't understand how he can do it.
On a Substack yesterday, someone with good intentions pointed me to https://sparkforautism.org/ This was originally the Simons Simplex Collection, which was funded by Jim Simons who was one of the original hedge fund guys. He has a daughter on the Spectrum, and I have some small cross over with him - wife of a friend worked there at his fund on Long Island.
We as a family were one of the early participants of this Simons Simplex collection of 10,000 people or families, from memory. I was NOT an anti-vaxxer (oops pro-vaccine safety) in any way at the time when we participated at Columbia University. It was a complete nothing burger. I have a great Autism Mom friend who worked at Simons Simplex later on, and they ran her out. She is the ultimate in Immigrant NYC street smarts and they just did their "we don't want Anti-vaxx here at Simons" nonsense on her. I have tried to get access to the data, but gave up. My theory with no proof, Jim Simons did not want to short #BigPharma.
I had retreated to the task of building a life for my 25 year old son at our community that I Co-Founded with Mary Holland of Childrens Health Defense -https://www.endeavor21.org/people
I was originally against RFKJr running for POTUS as I did not want to lose our voice for vaccine injury, but wow, I was wrong on that!!
What a weekend and my wife is now on the "Senior Team" of the www.Kennedy24.com campaign!!
