I can only put a few experiences that are foreign to me down to shedding of some sort , I have on many occasions when the first roll out of the mrna was being gaslit to all and sundry I attend busy yoga classes and often the telltale band aid on the upper arm didn't leave much to the imagination as to what it was there for, and on many occasions I would suffer this dry nostril thing where there would be speckles of blood , not a nose bleed exactly and the lining of my nostrils came away leaving my nose red raw without a skin, I went to my gp and he gave me some ointment that soothed it and it cleared, I have had the same thing happen a few times , also i dont suffer with headaches and have had many sinus type headaches which isnt usual for me.
